Where is Reproductive Medicine Associates of Connecticut (RMACT) this week?
Let’s start with Dr. Mark Leondires, Medical Director of RMACT and GayParentsToBe.
Creating Change Conference in Colorado
Creating Change. The 27th National Conference on LGBT Equality was in Denver this past weekend. It is self described as, “the premier annual organizing and skills-building even for the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community and their allies”.
The event is run by the National LGBTQ Task Force and here’s how else they describe this event, “The conference is run by the National LGBTQ Task Force, and attracts more than 3,500 people from all over the country every year. Presenters and participants come from all walks of life and include members of the business community, elected officials, students, faith leaders and staff and volunteers of non-profit organizations.
Our five-day program features over 350 workshops and training sessions, four plenary sessions, and tons of networking opportunities, and really fun events, all in the welcoming space of the Sheraton Denver Downtown.”
LGBTQ Family Building Options
Dr. Leondires attended and spoke about family building options for the LGBTQ community, as both a father and a physician. From his personal and unique perspective of becoming a dad, having gone through the processes necessary with his own husband to create their family, and also being a board certified Reproductive Endocrinologist, Dr. Leondires has the additional professional perspective necessary to discuss how to help LGBTQ community members create their own families.
RMACT is dedicated to helping all men and women build the families they are dreaming of and hoping for.
If you need help and support building your family, RMACT is here to help, with special teams that are suited to your particular needs. We create treatment protocols that are individualized for you, with you as a full partner in your care.
A special thank you to Dr. Leondires for getting out to Denver in the middle of this snowy winter. That kind of dedication shines through in all that you do in helping make families.
Please contact us for more information about taking the first steps to your family. It may be that the first step is making the phone call to come in for a consultation.
Make the phone call. Once you’ve done that, the next steps will fall into place much more easily than you can believe.
