How’re those New Year’s Resolutions coming?
Do you even remember them?
This year, we made a decision at Reproductive Medicine Associates of Connecticut (RMACT), no New Year’s Resolutions. None.
Instead, we instituted #OneSmallChange
Something manageable each day. Maybe building on it the next day. Maybe choosing something new the following day.
We have thirty one suggestions for you for January. Thirty one small changes.

My #OneSmallChange each day has been to use my fitbit. I love it. LOVE IT. If you have one and want to join me, email me at FertileYoga@gmail.com We can become fitbit friends. My sister and I have been challenging each other and ourselves. so for the last 26 days, I’ve walked no less than 10,000 steps. Not reaching my goal every day of 15, 000 steps. #OneSmallChange for me is that I’m walking every day. Not every other day. Not five days a week.
I accept the challenge of making a change. Because everything can improve, anything can be done better. Being uncomfortable is #OneSmallChange that can make dramatic shifts.
