Come join us and learn how to plan and prepare quick, easy, and nutritious meals in a fun environment.

Recipes will be budget friendly, delicious and rich in nutrients essential for increasing fertility & optimizing health.

Classes will offer a variety of recipes with fish, chicken, and vegetarian entrees, exciting whole grain side dishes, soups, and/ or creative breakfast choices.
