Songs that inspire you? Don't even ask how this subject came up last night at Ladies Night In, our infertility peer support group. It just meandered in. 

Infertility conversations take many turns, especially in a peer support group. So I won't out the particular lady who brought up inspiring songs. And it was definitely my idea to continue the conversation. After all, it's not all heavy conversation, sometimes it's downright funny or light.

Here are a few song titles that inspired some of us last night, words, tunes, ideas that support us through the hardest moments.

• Fighter - by Christina Aguilera
• Fix You - by Cold Play
• Africa - by Shakira
• Jump - by Van Halen
• Bring Me To Life - by Evanescence

I'll admit to loving anything, or just about anything, by Pink. Including her hair and especially her attitude.

Question is, are there songs that you feel inspired, encouraged, supported or uplifted by? Maybe even a song that just plain makes you laugh out loud?

These days, I like the ones that make me laugh out loud, still, I'm going to leave with the chorous of Christina Aguilera's Fighter. If infertility is the opponent, then fight the good fight.
